Recruitment firm wants to make Taylor Made Dreams come true

Based in Crowborough, Taylor Made Dreams was founded by Suzi Mitchell in 2012 after she helped her son Taylor to fulfil his own bucket list.

TN Recruits of Lonsdale Gardens in Tunbridge Wells decided to partner with a charity after launching its branch in the borough of Tonbridge & Malling, ME Recruits, last year based on the success of its original model.

Managing Director Neil Simmons said: “One of the first things we wanted to sort when we scaled up was our own charity partnership.

“Giving back to our local community is something all of us feel strongly about, and the story behind Taylor Made Dreams, together with its amazing work, perfectly matches our business values of commitment, passion and empathy.

The TN Recruits team has already raised £1,830 for the charity after participating in the Crazy Jean’s Soapbox Race this summer.

Suzi said: “We are thrilled that TN Recruits has decided to support Taylor Made Dreams for its charity partnership.

“This sort of support is vital to being able to carry out our mission statement to help children with life-limiting illnesses carry out their bespoke wishes, while also being there for the families.

“We are proud to have helped many of our children go on once-in-a-lifetime holidays, meet their celebrity idols, or even become a bus conductor for the day if that is their goal.”

She added: “We also source and financially aid the families with professional counsellors and holistic therapists to support their emotional wellbeing in sensitive and difficult circumstances.

“The support of businesses like TN Recruits will enable us to reach more children’s goals and support more families.

“We met Neil through Business Network International, which demonstrates the power of local business networks in helping each other out for the greater good.”
