RESIDENTS of Tonbridge & Malling can find out if they could be saving money on their energy bills by taking part in the Borough Council’s collective switching scheme, Energy Deal.

The scheme, which has been running for five years, allows people to group together and use their combined buying power to access energy supply contracts, which they may not be able to have access to on their own. Registration is free and without obligation.

Piers Montague, the council’s Cabinet Member for Housing, says: ‘Registration is quick and easy, and many of our residents have already made savings on their energy bills.

The deadline for applying is Monday May 21. To register, visit www.energydealswitch.com.

Residents without internet access can call the council on 01732 876395.
