Fuggles ends three-year domination of The Windmill to win CAMRA award

Local historian Pam Mills will be giving talks about how Tonbridge cared for Belgian refugees when they were based in the town during the First World War.

Mrs Mills, who is deputy organiser of the town’s Poppy Appeal, will be in Fuggles Beer Cafe on Sunday [July 15] from 3-8pm.

She has been preparing for the Tonbridge 100 extravaganza on August 18-19, which will see a wide range of activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the end of the Great War.
