PROPERTY market uncertainty has not stopped a Kent house builder enjoying a successful year.
Regalpoint Homes is currently progressing with multi-home projects in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, which will be open early next year.
Managing Director Tony Porter said their national number of houses registered to be built in quarter three [July to September] at 37,936 is the highest figure for that period since 2007.
“We have had a very strong year with lots of new sites acquired and quick progression,” he said.
