Missing Tonbridge backpacker found after three months
LONG JOURNEY: Dominic Madar left home in January

Backpacker Dominic Madar, 27, had been travelling between various capital cities when he was reported missing in February.

He left home on January 14 and stayed in Vienna and Bratislava, in Slovakia, and was also intending to travel to Budapest.

He was last seen on February 1, when he went to the British Embassy in Bratislava and was believed to be without any money or a phone.

On the same day he is known to have contacted someone in Budapest asking for a place to stay.

Kent Police were in contact with a number of foreign embassies as part of their efforts to locate him. Appeals for information were also circulated in hostels.

The force would like to thank everyone for assisting with an appeal for information.
