ON HALLOWEEN, the puppy trainees from Guide Dogs Medway and Tunbridge Wells
visited the London Eye and experienced the bright lights and loud noises of a capital city
filled with scary revellers.
Janice McCauley, who organised the event on October 31, said: “It was a valuable
training exercise and all the pups did very well coping with the sights, sounds and hustle
bustle of London.”
She explained: “We aim to introduce as many varied experiences as we can during
their time at walk with us.
“In this way we can make sure they have a sound dog by the time they leave us for further training at the London guide dogs training school, and hopefully become a future life changer.”
