The public are invited to come along from 9.30am to 9pm and try a wide range of instructor-led classes including: Spin, Pilates, HIIT, Zumba, Yoga Flow, PowerWave, Aeroblitz, Body Conditioning and Les Mills favourite, Bodypump.
The programme is organised by the council’s Leisure Trust tmactive, which chose Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex as its charity of the year.
There is no charge, but participants are requested to make a small donation to the charity, which is entirely funded by donations.
Each mission costs £3,700 – and the air ambulance requires £11.4million a year to fulfil its lifesaving mission.
All those attending the event will be entered into a free prize draw to win a month’s membership of the gym.
They will also be able to sign up to a free Tanita Body Scan to assess their health and fitness.
There are more than 60 classes available each week at the centre on a pay-as-you-go basis.
To book a place, call 01732 772690 and confirm the classes you would like to attend. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, visit angelcentre.co.uk
