Around 60 local families have already signed up to clear out their clutter and set up shop in their front gardens.
Bargain hunters can pick up a free map of stalls from Barden Stores in Barden Road or follow an online version on bardenresidentsassociation.org
BRA secretary Lucy Athey said: “We’re really looking forward to the event. So many houses have signed up already and we’re adding more to the list every day.
“We decided to organise it after seeing how successful Slade’s similar event was last year, and have also been inspired by others around the country.
“It is a way for us to recycle and reuse unwanted items but we’re mainly running it as a community day so we can all get to know our neighbours a little better.”
