A DIVERSE range of activities are on offer for young people across Tonbridge & Malling over the Easter holidays.

Children aged eight to 16 years can try their hand at archery, climbing, pottery, cooking, animal care, bushcraft, fresh water angling, boxing, tennis, abseiling, BMX cycling, high ropes along with other options.

The programme is provided by schools, colleges, leisure centres and instructors co-ordinated by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council.

Full details can be found at tmbc.gov.uk/holidayactivities while brochures are available in schools, libraries and leisure centres.

Bookings must be made with each individual activity provider using the contact information in the brochure.

Costs vary depending upon the type of activity; many include a discount for Leisure Pass holders.

Cllr Maria Heslop, the council's Cabinet Member for Community Services, says: “Once again this Easter holiday there is a great variety of activities and courses available for children and young people to try something new or improve their existing skills.

"Booking for all sessions is now open so I hope that lots of young people will be signing up and have fun throughout the holidays.”
