Football: Charities are the winners as Rusthall draw with Arsenal

The Gunners side was made up of former players Ian Selley, Jimmy Carter and Omar Riza, and celebrity supporters.

The event raised funds for the Arsenal Foundation, Hospice in the Weald and Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex.

The fans witnessed an enjoyable spectacle, with some good football on show from both sides. Rusthall took the lead from the spot after Constable won a penalty and then converted it.

Arsenal struck back when Selley scored from close range and they took the lead when Joe Baker struck a superb volley into the top corner.

The hosts hit back late on when Lewis Howard forced the ball home from close range to equalise at 2-2.
