The average value of residential properties in Tunbridge Wells has continued to rise, quelling post-Brexit fears of a housing market crash.

Figures released yesterday [Tuesday] by the Office for National Statistics, show that between July and August this year the average house price in the town rose £5,646 (1.5 per cent). It marks an annual increase of nearly £40,000 (11.6 per cent) from August 2015.
