Death of man found in Pembury is ‘non-suspicious’

POLICE have said the death of a man, whose body was found in Tunbridge Wells, was non-suspicious.

The unnamed man was found in woodland on Wednesday [July 4] near to Pembury Northern Bypass, near to Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

Officers from Kent Police attended the scene after being called at 5.13pm and confirmed his death.

The man’s next of kin has been informed.

A spokesman from the force said: ‘The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be completed for the Coroner.’
