Customers who went along to the Abergavenny Arms in Frant over the Christmas period couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw youngsters enjoying a snowball fight. After all, weather forecasters had not predicted anything like that. But looks can be deceptive. It was actually fake flakes that came from a special snow making machine brought in by the pub’s owner, Richard Burrell, to help customers get into the festive spirit. And, apparently, it went down a treat.
