If one of the changes you wanted to make for the year ahead was to have a more ethical and eco-friendly makeup bag, then you’re not the only one.

It was recently revealed that globally there’s been a 175 per cent increase in vegan cosmetics launches over the past five years, and now more than half (56 per cent) of people in Britain adopt vegan buying behaviours such as purchasing only vegan products and checking their toiletries are cruelty-free.

So it probably comes as no surprise that for 2020 there are a whole host of beauty launches ticking the boxes for conscious consumers, and we’ve rounded up just a few of the best to hit the shelves…
