Free entry to Tonbridge Triathlon for The Bridge Trust

TONBRIDGE’S charity for the homeless, The Bridge Trust, is offering free places in the annual Tonbridge Lions Triathlon.

The event is held at Tonbridge School Sports Complex on Monday May 7.

The entry is for the Sprint version and participants tackle the whole course or take part as a relay team of three.

The disciplines consist of a 400m swim in the school’s heated pool, a 25km bike ride and a 5km run.

The usual cost is £40 per person. All the Trust asks is that participants aim to raise £50 (or more) in sponsorship.

If you are interested in taking part, email or call 01732 368363.

The Lions are also offering five free places to support the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance Service; and Headway West Kent in Tunbridge Wells. Visit
