Naked and Ready Foods
Set up by ex-chefs Spencer and Jo Jeffrey, Naked and Ready Foods, who are based in Frant, produce a range of Scotch eggs, pork pies, dips, pates and hummus using top quality local ingredients including rare breed organic meat and vegetables. Look out for the sweet potato curry scotch egg and the smoked salmon pate.

The Fat Carrot
Founded by Jane Apps who has been a vegetarian for over 20 years, The Fat Carrot specialise in vegetarian and vegan food and source their vegetables as locally and seasonally as possible. If you’re making meatless Mondays a thing, the sweet potato and spinach curry is a winner and if something sweet is taking your fancy why not try a Kentish cherry pie?

Thomas Cookie Co.
After starting trading at Tonbridge Farmers’ Market in 2015, Thomas Cookie Co. use an old family recipe and method that has been modified and perfected over many years. This has produced a range of cookies that will delight both traditionalists with their chocolate chip cookies right through to modern day foodies who will love the Brookie, a delectable cookie and brownie combination.

Green Door Deli
Specialising in and promoting English artisan cheese the Green Door Deli sell a range from across the UK as well as those local to Kent and Sussex. Taking their love for fromage further, they make goats cheese and also smoke a range of cheeses from their base in Staplehurst.
