What’s in a name?

One of Kent’s longest established landscape architecture companies underwent a subtle rebrand on Friday to reflect new leadership at the top.

With 30 years of professional practice, Tunbridge Wells-based David Huskisson Associates has been involved in several major projects since it was founded, including works associated with Heathrow Terminal Five, restoration work for the National Trust and the design of many school grounds.

But now the firm moves into a new phase under the leadership of company director and local mum of two, Nicola Brown – herself a chartered landscape architect and urban designer.

To mark the new direction and reflect a new partnership, the company is now trading under the name of Huskisson Brown Associates.

Mrs Brown said: “Whilst our name has changed, we will continue to manage our team with the same underlying design ethos and commitment to providing a quality service that was embedded within David Huskisson Associates.”
