THE decline of office space in Tunbridge Wells has stalled after Salomons Estate unveiled the opening of 12 new serviced offices.
Small businesses can relocate to the Grade II listed Victorian country manor on short-term six to 12 month leases, with all-inclusive rents covering business rates, Wi-Fi, service charge, heating and electricity.
Andrew Daniells, Chief Operating Officer of Markerstudy Leisure, said: “Many small businesses in the town have been hit by landlords converting office space back to residential.
“We wanted to do our bit to ensure companies can remain local.
“Businesses will have access to the grounds, a staffed reception to welcome their guests, and ample free parking.”
