FIRST times buyers are being tempted to seek a house in Knights Wood after the project’s developer said it would offer a Stamp Duty contribution on selected two-bedroom homes for the remainder of the month.
Dandara said the offer will be available on its ‘Victoria house-type’, which have been built in a part of the Tunbridge Wells development called The Lanes. Prices for the homes start at £350,000, meaning Dandara will contribute the full stamp duty amount of £7,500 whenb a first-time buyer makes the purchase.
