Company formed at start of the pandemic expands further

With a shared ambition to revitalise the estate agency industry – and a committed and motivated team – they say they were well positioned to respond to the unprecedented levels of business that the stamp duty holiday and the lockdown experience drove. As an independent, Jack Charles was also able to invest in their most important asset during this frenzied period, their people, growing their team to 15. The company has already sold over 300 properties locally since opening its doors.

Their motto ‘making our business all about you’, reflects them being the type of business a client needs them to be for the duration of the transaction and beyond. “To deliver on that consistently, Jack Charles needs to be able to communicate with clients their way, including face to face, which is why the business is opening a new agency in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, this summer,” reveals a company spokesperson.

The estate agency’s view is that following double digit increases in property values since 2020, this growth will most likely slow through the summer, as inflation and interest rates find their limits.

However, Jack Charles remain extremely confident for the future, whilst there is such extensive unsatisfied demand, still underpinning property values in the local market. The spokesperson adds they remain as committed as ever to serving the residents of Tunbridge Wells on their individual property journeys.
